Sound Baths & Yoga

Creating restorative experiences that sustain the people behind meaningful work.

These offerings create a chance to slow down, exhale, and come back to yourself.

I teach yoga as a way of making room: to breathe, to release some of the pressure we carry, and to listen a little more closely to what we need. My classes blend gentle movement, meditation, and sound in a way that feels welcoming and unhurried. The goal is not to push or perfect, but to help people feel more settled and at ease.

I began practicing yoga in 2012 and later expanded into sound and other meditation practices. I’ve taught in yoga studios, at corporate events and retreats, and for university and community wellness programs. My approach has been shaped by years of practice, teaching, and intensive study in yoga philosophy, MBCT meditation, and sound bath facilitation.

Monthly Classes

Ground & Sound is my monthly restorative yoga and sound bath class, held every second Sunday at Studio 103 in North Austin.

Each gathering is centered on a theme and offers a chance to slow down, settle in, and reconnect. We begin with gentle movement, then move into guided meditation, sound, and rest.

Private Sessions

I facilitate private sound baths for nonprofit retreats, corporate wellness events, community groups, and special occasion celebrations. Each offering can be tailored to your group’s needs, whether you’re hoping to create a moment of pause, support reflection, or simply offer something thoughtful and different.

These sessions work well for groups looking to bring more care and intention into a gathering without asking participants to perform, produce, or be “on.”
